So you may all recall one boring summer's day (or maybe it was over
winter break) many years ago when I proposed that anyone wishing to do
so should write a chess-playing program and then we could have them
compete to see which was best. I have recently started writing such a
program and when it is complete I would invite all challengers, human or
otherwise, to test it.
